Refund policy

Returns are accepted if unopened and unused (due to hygiene purposes) within 7 days of receiving the order. Kindly email us within 7 days of receiving your order, to start the return process.  Any opened or used product won’t be accepted. The RETURN SHIPPING COST to our warehouse is the responsibility of the client. The product can be returned to our warehouses in France.
